What Macaw Does, and What Macaw Does Not Do
Macaw Communications does not provide medical advice, legal advice, regulatory review, or clinical recommendations.

For health-related materials, clients are responsible for clinical, scientific, legal, and institutional approval. We translate, structure, clarify, and strengthen the communication; your subject-matter experts approve the substance.

We also don't do: generic social media management, high-volume content mills, PR crisis spin, ghostwriting fake thought leadership for people with nothing to say, or making weak research sound stronger than it is.
How Projects Work
Every engagement includes a defined scope, a clear timeline, and a specified number of revision rounds. Source document limits, stakeholder call allocations, and clinical review responsibilities are outlined before work begins.

French-language adaptation (Quebec French, not European) is available as an add-on for any service.

Rush timelines carry a premium fee.
Not sure where to start?
Start with a Clarity Audit. It's a focused diagnostic that helps us both figure out what the work actually requires, and it often reveals opportunities the original brief didn't anticipate.

Or just get in touch. Bring the papers, the program, the mission that just needs structuring and a proper KM plan. We'll figure out the right engagement together.
